In order to accomplish our goals we offer a selection of integrated services to meet the learning and development needs of our clients in creative and effective ways. All of our one-on-one executive coaching clients receive a workbook of proprietary materials that will help guide them through a process of assessing and generating ways to create a higher quality lifestyle, deepen their most important relationships, enhance their leadership skills and leave a lasting legacy for the world. Clients may also take advantage of our customized consulting services, assessment tools, training programs, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, team building and retreat facilitation. These services may be delivered on-site at the client’s company location, off-site at another location of their choosing, or at our own retreat center (please see conference center page for details).

Our executive clients have the opportunity to take advantage of coaching in a number of different formats. These include individual coaching, group coaching of executives with similar challenges from different companies, team coaching of executives from the same company and facilitated team retreats. Many executives choose to participate in more than one coaching modality, finding that each approach offers a different perspective and provides more insight into their on-going leadership effectiveness.

Consulting

For senior key executives who want a more in-depth analysis of the growth areas which will yield the highest ROI, we offer an assessment of key leadership behaviors that are directly related to personality style, team chemistry and performance using our proprietary Leadership Aptitude Profile 360 (LAP-360). This assessment is comprised of the MBTI Step II, the Enneagram, our own Leadership Intangibles 360* Test, up to six in-person 360 interviews with key team players and a team dynamics assessment. The LAP-360 provides the senior executives being coached, their boards of directors and their executive teams with targeted recommendations for developing leadership talent, resulting in more clearly aligned teams with better team chemistry.

Upon request from our individual coaching clients, we will create and deliver keynote speeches, workshops, seminars or training programs on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, life balance, respectful relationships, decision making, embracing change, emotional intelligence, high net worth living ®, leadership presence and conducting difficult conversations without conflict. All of our spoken presentations are created in partnership with our clients so that their goals and objectives are completely satisfied. And because we cultivate long-term relationships with our clients, we provide the added benefit of a deep and on-going knowledge of their team dynamics, strategic challenges and long-term objectives. This approach results in a more targeted solution to team development than is available through off-the-shelf programs or training curricula and when used in tandem with on-going coaching for executive teams, can drive greater team and company performance than ordinarily experienced through other standardized leadership development initiatives.
